长任务的思考、任务清单和工具过程原来挤在右侧消息流里，用户难以找到回复与待确认事项。现在主对话保留回复、成果和操作卡，顶部固定提供任务、思考、执行和轮次定位入口；细节在限高浮层中查看，定位后收起。
docs/AI_CHAT_PRESENTATION.md。验证：467 项 project-home 回归、8 项标签协议测试通过；emits/locale/全量导航/SPDX 检查及 H5 构建通过。真实 Vue 浏览器夹具覆盖历史恢复、工具展开、SSE 任务续接、错误态、滚动、定位、问题/审批、320/420/640px、中英文及深色。夹具使用合成内容与模拟网络，未调用真实模型或验证安装包业务全链路。
