Support should be added for non-contiguous AXI strobes.

What is supported currently:
STROBE: 'b00110000
STROBE: 'b00001111
STROBE: 'b11111111
Etc...

What is not supported but should be added:
STROBE: 'b01010000
STROBE: 'b00001101
Etc...
