Break `types/exchanges.ts` into smaller files

I can see you have all types under this file called exchanges but some types could be moved into smaller files.

For instance types related to candles could be moved to types/candles.ts

Maybe a better way to look at this if you want to keep in one file is:

there is only 1 file with types, it's called types/exchanges.ts, but you have:

• one folder types
• one index.ts file
• one file called types/exchanges.ts

In the end it would be simpler and more to the point to have a file in the root called types.ts ( :

This way you replace, your folder, your index file and your exchanges.ts by a single file and it will be more readable when using it, it will be impot Type from "tvcd/types"
