Removes all the old code that did the same thing as datalogistik, and now uses datalogistik.
A number of things still need to be changed for this to really work:
figure out what to do about fstwe should punt on this for now — datalogistik almost certainly shouldn't know about fsts, but adding them in to the cache from arrowbench isn't really possible right now
