neoglogg: updated and upgraded

Hello,

as it seems that glogg has been abandoned (last update 2017 website / 2018 repo) and klogg as well (last commits 2 years ago), I have forked glogg to:
https://github.com/nekromoff/neoglogg

I have added wrap line functionality that I needed for files on one line (e.g. large one-line JSON) and merged bunch of old pull requests from the original glogg repo, where possible. I might also check pull requests and issues here.

It still compiles against QT5, so upgrade to QT6 will be likely next.

Why base yourself on glogg, and not klogg?

Hello, great question. Because I didn't know Klogg existed until I decided to fork Glogg. And since I was a Glogg user for years, I just built Neoglogg log viewer on that experience.
