…the AddVolunteerModal, allowing users to input custom data types (text, number, boolean, tags) and validate inputs. Update EditableCell to enable tag addition in custom columns. Improve CSV import functionality to handle custom columns and integrate custom data into volunteer records. Update column preferences handling to include last saved timestamp for better management of custom columns.

Had to make many changes to implement this (including changes to the database).
You can test both Staff and Admin views to check if it works. I tested thoroughly, but I may've missed something. Check for edge cases. I caught a lot of minor bugs.
