Licensee shall not: (a) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Licensed Work; (b) remove copyright notices; (c) use the Licensed Work beyond the granted scope; (d) claim ownership of the Licensed Work.
All intellectual property in the Licensed Work remains solely with Licensor. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership.
This agreement runs for [TERM] and renews [TERMS]. Either party may terminate with [NOTICE PERIOD] written notice. On termination, Licensee stops all use and destroys copies.
The Licensed Work is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
Licensor's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amounts paid by Licensee.
