By adding "Date" in DESCRIPTION, the date-released field in CITATION.cff appears.

This PR completes the previous PR #192: by adding
Date:field inDESCRIPTION, thedate-releasedfield inCITATION.cffappears. In this way the year will correctly appear in citation.
