* feat: add voiceAgent recipe Adds a voice-capable "rubber duck" debugging agent under 02_actionConfiguration, demonstrating both levels of making an agent talk: instructions tuned for a spoken medium (short replies, symbols spelled out, ASR-noise repair) and the in-script voice wiring (language, connection telephony, modality voice). The modality voice block uses the new structure with voice-model selection (outbound.model.id, here the lower-latency English eleven_flash_v2), a persona from the voice catalog, and inbound filler-word detection. Both a top-level and a nested language block are included: the top-level sets the text modality (and satisfies the linter), the nested one sets the voice modality and is required for persona/model resolution. Requires a voice-provisioned org (the telephony connection).
