feat: 로컬 모션그래픽 스킬 참조와 제작·검수 인계 (#8)

Summary

Refs #8. 영상 작업에만 쓰는 fullops-motion 연결 스킬을 추가합니다. HyperFrames/Remotion 공식 스킬을 참고해 로컬 제작·검수·재렌더 인계를 기존 역할과 QA 경로로 진행합니다.

    → HyperFrames 6초 클립
      → Remotion 15초 합성
    → fullops-test: 기존 QA 기록

• 공통 setup·설치 의존성·역할/워크트리 수는 늘리지 않습니다. 공식 스킬 원문과 영상 바이너리는 배포하지 않습니다.
• 개발 검사기는 네 색 속성, 실제 프레임 시각, 계획된 음원과 출력 PCM의 구간별 대응을 검사합니다. 소스·테스트·기존 증거의 판정 범위를 함께 보완했습니다.
• 플러그인 버전은 1.1.2이며 기존 레포 적용 안내를 릴리스 기록에 추가했습니다. native 패키지는 scripts/build.py로 생성합니다.

Evidence

• Before: main에는 모션 연결 스킬이 없었습니다. 초기 PR 검사기는 음성 stream tail과 평균 FPS만 확인해 무음·시작 이동·잘림·가변 FPS를 놓쳤고 색 속성을 검사하지 않았습니다.
  After: 선택형 연결 스킬과 개발 예제를 추가했습니다. 실제 로컬 AAC/CFR fixture는 통과하고 무음·시작 이동·중간 잘림, 색 속성 불일치·가변 FPS는 실패합니다. 대사 종료 뒤 오디오 stream이 없는 정상 사례도 통과합니다.
• 검증: npm ci --ignore-scripts, 전체 npm test, python3 tests/review-check.py, native 재빌드 일치, git diff --cached --check를 통과했습니다. 최종 원격 CI 결과는 PR checks에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 과거 렌더 증거(2026-10-07): HF 무음 6초 / 내레이션 15초 / Remotion 합성 15초, 모두 1280×720·평균 30fps. 같은 호스트의 두 번째 폴더에서 재렌더한 대표 10프레임 RGB RMSE=0입니다. 원문 JSON의 당시 passed는 제한된 metadata 검사 결과로 보존했습니다.
• 검증 한계: 기존 Remotion 출력은 BT.470BG/PC이며 transfer/primaries가 누락됐습니다. 새 BT.709/TV spec에서는 실패합니다. 원본 영상의 새 PCM/프레임 시각 재검사, 색 변환·재렌더, 다른 OS/호스트, 강제 렌더 중단, 음성 청취·사용자 미적 수락은 이번 머지 검토에서 실행하지 않았습니다. 기술 회귀 통과를 최종 영상 수락으로 간주하지 않습니다.
• 상세 기록: docs/motion-graphics.md, docs/evidence/motion-issue8.json, tests/motion-example/README.md. 원본 MP4/자산/lock은 원래 체크아웃의 Git 제외 .local/motion-issue8/에 보존했습니다.

영상 요청 안내와 개발 검사에 영향을 줍니다. PCM 비교는 8kHz mono unity-gain 합성에 한정됩니다. 가공 음성·fade·공간 음향은 별도 QA가 필요합니다. 실제 도구·브라우저·글꼴·라이선스는 작업 환경별로 확인합니다.
