Summary

  • Regenerated lib/telegram/bot/client/api_methods.txt and lib/telegram/bot/updates_controller/payload_types.txt via bin/fetch-telegram-methods against the current Bot API docs (9.6 → 10.1).
  • New client methods (picked up automatically since they're generated dynamically from api_methods.txt): sendLivePhoto, answerChatJoinRequestQuery, sendChatJoinRequestWebApp, getUserPersonalChatMessages, answerGuestQuery, getManagedBotAccessSettings, setManagedBotAccessSettings, deleteMessageReaction, deleteAllMessageReactions, sendRichMessage, sendRichMessageDraft.
  • New payload type guest_message, excluded from typed_update_spec.rb until supported by telegram-bot-types (same pattern as business_connection and other recent additions).
  • Bumped gem version to 0.17.1 and updated CHANGELOG.md.
  • Verified no changes are needed in RequestBodyFormatter for the new methods: sendLivePhoto's live_photo/photo are plain top-level InputFile params (handled automatically, same as existing multi-file methods like sendVideo), and InputRichMessage (used by sendRichMessage/sendRichMessageDraft) only contains html/markdown/is_rtl/skip_entity_detection — no file fields — so it's covered by the existing generic hash-to-JSON encoding.

Test plan

  • bundle exec rspec — 348 examples, 0 failures
  • bundle exec rubocop lib spec bin — no offenses
  • Manually verified send_rich_message/send_rich_message_draft are defined and that hash params are JSON-encoded correctly by RequestBodyFormatter

Regenerated api_methods.txt and payload_types.txt via bin/fetch-telegram-methods.

New methods: sendLivePhoto, answerChatJoinRequestQuery, sendChatJoinRequestWebApp,
getUserPersonalChatMessages, answerGuestQuery, getManagedBotAccessSettings,
setManagedBotAccessSettings, deleteMessageReaction, deleteAllMessageReactions,
sendRichMessage, sendRichMessageDraft.

New payload type: guest_message (excluded from typed_update_spec until supported
by telegram-bot-types, same as other recently added types).
