Replaces Prettier with oxfmt for formatting. oxfmt reproduces the exact same output on this codebase (verified via --check), runs significantly faster, and requires no plugins. - .oxfmtrc.json generated via `oxfmt --migrate=prettier`, preserving the existing style (tabs, single quotes, no trailing commas, 100 print width) and the README/package.json space-indent override. - .prettierrc and .prettierignore removed. - format/check:format scripts now call oxfmt instead of prettier.
