does this extension try to reload the page from server every time you visit a new page?

I have tested Multi-Search 4.5.2 and it seems sending multi-requests for a single webpage.

If it is really nessasary, it could be a nice idea to reload from the browser cache, instead of sending new requests to the web server.

So, how do you think?

for example
some button will redirect my request to insert into database.
if I enable this extension, I will send multiple requests, and then
the server may execute multi-SQLs, in fact the server just need one single SQL.
