- Note: mocking with `doMock` is not hoisted, so import order will matter
- Trigger with a `build:ci` script to prep the package.json for publish (and inter-package testing)
- Export `simple-git/promise` as the same package as requiring `simple-git`
- Add test for importing `simple-git/promise`
