docs: bring every doc up to date for v0.5.0 - #49

Tool count and table (24, adds graph_alias), current node types and edge verbs from GRAPH_SCHEMA.md, the optional API-key runner and task runner, inline-content graph_ingest for cloud sessions, BACKUP.md in the docs list, and a note that main has unreleased changes since v0.4.0. …st for the newest tag Docs now match the code: MCP_SERVER.md tool count, inputs, outputs and defaults (adds graph_alias and graph_merge), schema counts and verbs, ~/graph-memory paths, the API-key runner and task runner settings, backup restore and embeddings, test files and CI jobs, skills list, and the TENANT_ID_SOURCE default. Example names in docs and the graph-capture skill are generic. release.yml tagged every v* build as :latest, so re-running old tags left :latest on v0.3.0. It now adds :latest only for the highest semver tag, runs one release at a time, and uses the current docker action majors. Bumps package.json to 0.5.0 and pins installers and the compose example to v0.5.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
