- ITSI content pack help: `spa apps search --help` explains the ITSI paths and content pack listing. - Apps ask for roles in `/spa-apps` and the `/spa-create-config` apps phase. - Per-environment Ansible fact cache is hidden under the environment. - Baseconfig check looks for `org_s2_indexer_indexes`. - Create-config skill: command table and skill-quality checklist moved to references; Phase Sequencing and hard-rule sections added. - README: existing-hosts bullet; `## Features` heading restored. - Architecture planner, its tests, and SVA references are not in this change.
