Drop to nobody:input if sudo beep is called instead of failing

sudo beep is blocked. But it would be better if priviledge is dropped to nobody:input automatically since /dev/input/by-path/platform-pcspkr-event-spkr belongs to input group.

Works by default is better than does not work.
