This PR adds Python scripts to calculate the theoretical limits of the executing hardware (CPU, GPU, and Memory) and scripts to automatically build and run the HPL-2.3 and STREAM benchmarks to measure the practical limits of the CPU and Memory.
This enables easy relating of the benchmarking results to hardware limits.
