Simeon Kepp

Co-founder of RFI-IRFOS — an interdisciplinary research facility in Graz, Austria, working on ternary (balanced -1/0/+1) AI and human–AI systems.

I build agentic tooling and low-infrastructure AI. Most of my recent work lives in the Emergent Interaction Lab — 94 PRs merged there, building "the Observatory", a calm sovereign dashboard for the lab.

What I work on

  • Ternary intelligence — BitNet b1.58-style ternary layers and sparse inference (see my PRs to llama.cpp, candle, burn, keras).
  • RuVector — self-learning vector GNN memory DB in Rust.
  • albert-cli — multi-provider terminal client for our model, part of the Ternary Intelligence Stack.
