TestWebtransportSessionlessConnectionCloses failed on macOS CI for #66 (
sessionless_closes = 0). The relay closes a sessionless connection incloseIfSessionlessand counts it afterwards (webtransport.go:511-512), so the client can see the close before the count. The test now waits for the count, as it already waits elsewhere (wtWaitFor).go test -count=20 -run TestWebtransportSessionlessConnectionClosespasses.
