Deleted object still appear in plugin

If you see an object in the plugin, then you delete the object in world, it doesn't disappear from the plugin.

1. Explore object.
2. See it in plugin.
3. Delete it in world.
4. It doesn't disappear from plugin.

I was unable to reproduce this.

I tried an object with scripts, object without scripts, and a pinned object. In all cases, when deleted in world it disappeared from the explorer view.
