Update all jamiesun/scoot, jamiesun/homebrew-tap, jamiesun/apt-tap, jamiesun/tap and jamiesun.github.io references to the new scootship org (scootship/scoot), including the release workflow's Homebrew tap and apt-tap publish targets, install.sh default repo, release footer, README, docs, and the bilingual mdBook sources.
