Intent and scope

This draft owns the complete accepted human campaign described by #2707 in one checkout, one branch and one integration pull request. The intended result is independently controllable anatomical face/body elements that remain consistent in an assembled person through expression, articulation, editor state and the intended static export.

Cycle references: #2433, #2688, #2689, #2690, #2691, #2692, #2693, #2695, #2696, #2697, #2698, #2699, #2700, #2701, #2702, #2703, #2704, #2705, #2706, #2707, #2708, #2709, #2710, #2711, #2712, #2713, #2714, #2715, #2716, #2717, #2718, #2719, #2720, #2721, #2722, #2723, #2724, #2725, #2726, #2727, #2728, #2729, #2730, #2731, #2732, #2733, #2734, #2735, #2736, #2737, #2738, #2739, #2740, #2741.

Implementation order

The first assignment is repository guidance #2692, with usable policy handed to generated harness #2433. Product implementation begins after the applicable human guidance is verified. Current source, basis, renderer and runtime diagnosis proceed independently. Verified initial contracts unlock element work; final regional and whole-person acceptance uses the same current source generation.

The main agent supervises assignments, shared owners and acceptance. Design, implementation, reference acquisition, observations, tests and reviews are performed by designated subagents under #2707. This campaign-specific policy is not installed as a permanent repository rule.

Deferred items

No accepted cycle issue is declared complete or omitted at claim time. Unrelated issues remain outside this cycle unless verified as necessary dependencies. Any invalid, duplicate or blocked issue receives an evidence-backed disposition before the closing set is determined.

Verification

Pending: issue-specific positive, negative, boundary and recovery verification; required written-change coverage; current hardware-rendered face/body/person observations; actual editor/export consumers; generated harness install and sync verification; fresh integration Self-Review; applicable CI and post-merge checks. The claim contains no implementation and no completion claims.

Self-Review of the instruction-only change, base b833218, initial head ec150d4, corrected head adab576. Branch feat/human-2707-campaign; corrected working tree is clean and pushed.

I read the changed and deleted instructions and traced their callers against the human README/lint configuration, the resident viewer health implementation, scaffold publication/router sources and the explicit invocation policy. This reviews the instruction change, not completion of #2692, #2433 or the human campaign.

Findings corrected in adab576:

  • Removed the BOM from project/human.md and updated project's obsolete types-first description.
  • Scoped triangle exclusions separately from implementation checklist selection, preserving requirements of the active lint configuration.
  • Removed the obsolete experiment issue template, which still called the deleted skill and its records procedure.
  • Documented viewer readiness versus current-generation authority, digest identity and input directory ownership. Clarified that matching geometry does not establish correct materials, camera or lighting.
  • Restored existing capture and geometry H2 identities instead of renaming stable addresses unnecessarily.

Reinspection found no additional verified instruction defect. Two document verification passes checked 17 surviving changed Markdown files and 78 local links each, including anchors, skill directory/name agreement and absence of BOM. Contract H2 identities remain unchanged. git diff --check passes, no tracked Markdown caller references the removed experiment skill files, and human lint.config.ts is unchanged from the base.

The mission invocation policy matches the official Optional metadata documentation: https://learn.chatgpt.com/docs/build-skills. This establishes configuration meaning, not a fresh harness behavior test.

Limits: no fresh agent behavior probe or installed generated-project/sync observation was run. An attempted in-memory emitted scaffold consumer stopped with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND when the workspace evidence source's extensionless import was loaded under plain Node; it is not a passing consumer result. The user explicitly stopped CI checking/waiting, so this review makes no CI acceptance claim. No product implementation or merge was performed.

Clarify connected source/input/scientific responsibilities, conditional reading and intermediate versus integration review. Restore actual document/editor form owners, separate verified numerical helpers, and admit future face-root owners through the residual population.

Native negative probes and restoration passed. The full workspace build passed; the canonical suite reproduced the existing hair-launch failure and a timing outlier whose unchanged scenario passed the targeted recheck. No human runtime behavior changes.

Keep recipe reachability and review invalidation with Production rather than portable Interface records or screenplay serialization. Add only the three exact requirement/specification exclusions on their existing semantic hosts.

Interface negative/restored probes passed. Full native package diagnostics collected the Render omission; the restored owning check and guidance-stage workspace build passed. No runtime or selector behavior changes.

…sses

Keep source ownership and intermediate observation at their canonical instruction owners, with conditional inventory and evidence-harness routes. Publish the root ignore source under a pack-safe name and restore its Git identity without renaming nested or legacy inputs.

The regression fails before the mapping and passes after restoration. All 10 pure CLI cases pass under 500 ms; template build and native checks pass. Actual published packages create and install the expected ignore file and instructions, preserve reviewed project facts across repeated adoption, and drive a small coupled model through measured bounds and hardware-rendered frames.

Registry publication and the source-only ttsx entry mismatch remain observed limitations, distinct from the verified local published-artifact consumer. Full campaign product acceptance and integration CI remain pending.

Guidance and generated-consumer checkpoint on feat/human-2707-campaign, base 67b7d53, committed head e77f8cd. This is a scoped Self-Review record for the three new commits, not acceptance of the whole human campaign.

The designated instruction and scaffold reviewers read the complete guidance change and its callers, then completed two consecutive clean expanded rounds. Native responsibility-selection probes retained unpaid human claims, restored document/editor and future face-root form owners, and distinguished numerical helper responsibilities. Temporary probes were restored. The workspace build passed. Three exact Interface/Render exclusions were verified against Production's existing LOD reachability and review-invalidation owner.

The generated-consumer observation used twelve local publication tarballs and the advertised bin/create routes. It reproduced the scaffold .gitignore-to-.npmignore packaging defect, repaired the root-only pack-safe marker mapping, and verified a new artifact installs the exact .gitignore with no .npmignore. Pure collision, legacy/nested, invalid-input, preservation and branch cases pass; the configured negative fails before restoration. Actual installed native lint and missing-sibling refusals were observed. Fresh reviewed adoption changed exactly two instruction entries, and a second run made no edit while preserving nine authored facts. A small existing host/attachment model was measured and captured with AMD Radeon 780M hardware, with independent calibration and invalid/recovery checks.

Limits: the earlier full canonical suite reproduced the existing hair launch failure; its product repair is in flight under #2702. One local timing outlier passed the unchanged typed-input recheck, and its initial result remains recorded. Registry publication of @automovie/archetypes@0.1.0 returned E404; local tarball consumption does not establish registry availability. The source ttsx wrapper-main diagnostic differs from the supported published bin path, which worked. An initial workspace-write instruction-adoption attempt was denied and changed nothing; the successful probe was explicitly limited to the authorized pair. No automatic sync or actual Claude session is claimed.

Other human geometry/source changes remain uncommitted and are excluded from this checkpoint. #2688 has a successful neutral-only source candidate, but published identity/pose derivatives and full person acceptance remain pending. Current campaign CI and a fresh whole integration review still gate delivery. No campaign issue is closed by these commits.

Use one bounded closest-pair calculation for contact witnesses and scalar distance. Remove the absolute parallel cutoff and determinant division that overestimated a one-micrometre interior gap as 5.099 micrometres, while preserving collapsed segments and named finite-arithmetic refusals.

Independent scale, near-parallel, endpoint, rigid-frame, Float32 and collision cases passed: 14/14 pure cases under 500 ms, owning engine checks and all three canonical test projects. These runtime results precede the separate prepared-entry loader failure observed by the later geometry primitive. Whole hair-span acceptance and integration remain pending.

Intermediate Self-Review checkpoint — a3159bd7f0c1dff527daa001b8f5efb6bcf3f8a7

The scope is the independent 8-file bounded-segment-proximity surface and its contact/collision consumers. The designated #2707 operator reviewed source, independent tests, public-contract citations, README, and affected callers in a fresh round; the main agent checked the submitted evidence and exact staged paths. This checkpoint includes no new mesh-separation primitive, human geometry, source candidates, or observation-tool changes.

The repair makes both APIs consume one closest-pair formula. It verifies the counterexample where a 10 μm segment with a 1 μm gap was overreported as 5.099 μm, plus scale, near-parallel, endpoint, rigid-frame, Float32, and finite-refusal cases. All 14 independent pure cases passed in 0–3 ms each. The engine check and all three existing test projects passed. It does not claim a Binary64 witness distance as a certified lower bound.

After this runtime checkpoint, a separate geometry verification failed because the prepared-entry loader selected test entry code instead of engine/src/index.ts. The source-native resolution fix and re-verification are underway; earlier success is not carried forward as success for that new run. 11 scalp whole-span intersections, plus mouth/person/source validation, remain in progress. This record is not whole-campaign integration acceptance or issue closure.

Follow-up CI finding — a3159bd7f0c1dff527daa001b8f5efb6bcf3f8a7

Build and deploy passed on the same HEAD. Tests passed 1866/1868, and I collected the full logs for both failures.

  1. test_human_body_contact_planes:102 failed its midpoint assertion. Reopened this as part of the new segment-kernel consequence surface. Parallel overlapping segments can have multiple closest witnesses, so the cause is being reproduced against the actual witness, contact-plane equation, depth consumption, and caller contract. No test expectation or repair direction has been decided yet.
  2. The existing projected-emergence-angle failure in test_subject_human_hair_launch remains. This campaign's hair-source repair and whole-span intersection repair are in progress.

Do not extend the earlier success on 14 narrow cases to all contact consumers or integration CI. This checkpoint remains unaccepted until the designated owner repairs the new failures and performs a fresh whole-consequence review.

Keep the existing lit grey flat pass and share its material meaning with HTTP and UI readings. Add an unlit base-colour pass with texture, vertex colour and alpha preservation, protect independent calibration materials and subject populations, and restore borrowed materials before numerical publication or disposal.

Invalidate the human compiler generation and served runtime modules together, separate child compile outputs by invocation, and use the supported source-native import and emit settings without changing test populations. Remove cancelled waiters and retain an active GPU slot until physical settlement; guard disconnected responses before publication.

Validation: all three canonical test projects built; the combined runtime selection passed 18/18 and current observation scenarios passed 10/10. Actual Node entry, distinct prepared test/engine JS and maps, same stamped input admission/export recovery, current AMD pass/calibration captures, failed twins and supported queued/active abort-to-next-request recovery were observed.

This is an intermediate coherent result. Live type-only bridge observation, the historical prepare hang cause, cached-thumbnail provenance and anatomical inspection regions/sections remain open. The body custom skin shader has a named albedo refusal. Final campaign integration and CI are still required.

Intermediate Self-Review checkpoint — 1ca7f9e6c7a725249a25eba987b27a1b2ce97763.

The designated operator reviewed the exact 30 files for observation pass/calibration, numerical publication/disposal, HTTP cancellation, compiler/module invalidation, and source-native execution boundaries, plus their connected consumers, in a fresh whole round. After reproducing a false statement in the actual cached-thumbnail response and correcting the guide, they reread the full scope; no additional findings. The main agent checked the submitted evidence, staged paths, and commit scope. Human geometry/source/basis and another owner's engine changes are not in this commit.

All three test-project builds passed, as did canonical selections 18/18 and observations 10/10. Prepared test and engine JS/map were confirmed to differ. On the actual AMD GPU, pass, calibration, known-material alpha/color, and failure controls were observed; beauty recovered after albedo refusal; wire/live headers were checked. Cancellation while waiting in the real GPU queue removed the request before callback. Active cancellation held the slot until physical settlement, after which the next render recovered as 200/current.

The same stamped base candidate also recovered real worker/schema/preview/export/return. This is evidence about the default state of a diagnostic candidate with a temporarily unavailable target. Live bridge before/after the type-only change, cause of the earlier prepare hang, cached-thumbnail provenance, anatomical inspection regions/sections, and full source integration/CI remain incomplete. Do not expand this to final #2693 or campaign acceptance, and do not close the issue.

Choose the earliest first-segment parameter, then the earliest second parameter, only when computed residual distances are exactly equal. Preserve the prior overlapping-bone representative without changing the caller's midpoint expectation, contact threshold or physical separating plane.

Owning engine and all three canonical test projects passed. Independent current-source diagnostics retained the same unit distance, plane equation, depths and owned results; the stamped body worker imported this exact source SHA. The canonical 17-case consequence run remained unverified because human dependency preparation repeatedly emitted zero files before assertions and was stopped after preserving its manifest and progress. Clean-environment CI and the final integration gate remain pending.

Intermediate Self-Review / CI checkpoint — a2eee67d4de2d62751be58ddb0a31b0c63b624e4.

The designated operator reviewed a 3-file repair in a fresh whole-consequence round. For exactly equal computed distances, it selects the representative by first segment parameter, then second segment parameter. Existing body-contact midpoint, inputs, thresholds, and physical plane/depth were preserved. The owning engine and three test projects passed locally, but the 17-case runtime stopped during repeated human-dependency emit preparation without an assertion; it is recorded as unverified.

Clean-environment CI for this HEAD passed build/deploy; test passed 1876/1877. Existing body_contact_planes and the new witness-tie case passed; the sole failure was the existing hair_launch, under separate repair. Local prepare cause, scalp whole-span intersections, and full source integration remain incomplete. This is narrow tie acceptance, not campaign completion or full CI success.

Extract the existing ordered deformation Jacobian cofactor arithmetic into one public owner and retain the mesh deformer's normal and emitted-face checks. Admit finite positive-determinant row-major matrices, preserve owned results and document overflow and the consumer's geometric obligations.

Independent analytic identity, rotation, shear, scale, sparse/nonfinite, singular/reflection, underflow/overflow and recovery inputs passed. The canonical seven-case run included five existing deformer regressions and completed 7/7 under 500ms per case. Owning engine build and complete engine/human/test native project checks passed; existing human/test evidence warnings remain separate. Fresh intermediate review covered this six-path coherent unit only. Mouth closure geometry and final campaign integration remain open.

Intermediate Self-Review after reboot recovery — 51e6824e7b117ea261be16a2a6be89caa3ce7ec7.

Reviewed the exact 6 paths extracting the existing mesh deformer Jacobian cofactor operation into one shared owner. The designated operator read existing consumers, public exports, README, independent inputs, refusal/recovery, and existing deformer regressions in a fresh whole round, and submitted 0 findings plus matching source SHAs. Other hair/math/sourcePose/normal/data changes are not in this commit.

The owning engine build, engine/human native checks, and the three canonical test projects (basic/scripts/human-viewer) passed. Canonical 7/7 includes identity/rigid/shear/scale, sparse/nonfinite, singular/reflection, finite arithmetic, ownership, and 5 existing deformer regressions; each took at most 6 ms.

New sealed geometry still has source-transition intersections and is separately unaccepted. Do not extend this formula/consumer acceptance to the C endpoint, all normal transport, clinical model, or campaign integration. Before reboot, source/artifact hashes were compared; the actual viewer recovered under a new owned PID. Full final review/CI and the next geometry acceptance remain in progress.

Admit and replay complete numerical requests through the resident body worker and a candidate-only inspection page. Explicit humeral and femoral target radii retain independent side identity at the neutral reference rig centres. Unregistered imaging refuses before placement, and missing anatomy and unfulfilled body context remain unavailable. Preserve numerical save/load and transactional history, and release obsolete prepared frames without publishing a stale document/frame pair.

Export only the displayed static inspection candidates through the existing exporter. The editable JSON retains numerical provenance; material-merged GLB does not independently carry anatomical side or part IDs. Whole bones, validated skin, clinical sources/cohorts, portable part identity and the complete body/person execution spine remain open.

The canonical eight-case selection passed 8/8 with a maximum 125 ms, including actual typed renderer frame preparation, resident export, stale-frame disposal, observed registration refusal, recovery and independent final topology gate inputs. Current AMD Radeon 780M page observations retained newest overlapping requests, refused supine acquisition and recovered the valid pair with no page or GL errors. Both actual downloaded GLBs matched current source Float32 positions, normals and index correspondence; existing multi-view, history and document replay artifacts were preserved after source-digest verification. Fresh intermediate review and staged verification cover these exact 30 paths only. Final campaign integration and CI remain required.

Evaluate geometry, normal and attribute components through one ordered two-coordinate scalar chart. Preserve stored corners and inactive-edge coefficients, keep caller inputs unchanged and refuse nonfinite inputs or unrepresentable active arithmetic. Register the standalone common/basis subpath without enrolling source partitions or normal transport.

Independent affine, composed-chart, boundary, inactive coefficient, sparse/nonfinite, overflow and recovery inputs passed the canonical selected scenario in 1ms. Fresh review covered the complete three-path unit and its scalar callers; every executable branch is exercised. Source geometry, performed normal transport and campaign integration remain separate acceptance work.

Intermediate Self-Review — numerical inspection / ordered source scalar.

The exact 30 paths in f50c39bdd connect the new numerical document, admission, reference articular target model, existing worker/edit transaction, candidate-only export, and actual page consumer. In reviewing the full owned/coupled scope, the designated operator fixed superseded prepared-frame leakage, stale JSDoc, test format/export branch/qualification, and numerical grid boundary, then repeated a fresh round. Final 8/8 passed in at most 125 ms, including actual typed Frame/material lowering/disposal. On AMD 780M, overlapping Apply/observed refusal→recovery and save/undo/reload were checked; F32 positions/normals/indices and source intervals of two downloaded GLBs were compared directly. The original rollback PNG differs only by 1436 button-focus pixels; scene difference reads as 0. Whole skin/bone/clinical/cohort and portable part-ID/full #2696 spine remain incomplete.

The exact 3 paths in 4726d1c6f are the ordered two-coordinate source scalar, an independent unit, and a separate README paragraph. Fresh whole source/caller review found 0 additional issues; canonical 1/1 passed in 1 ms. Source partition/normal/sourcePose/data/geometry support acceptance is not included in this scalar commit.

The main agent checked the manifest, current/staged/committed paths and SHAs, and scope, then included both results in the same cycle PR. These are partial units; they do not replace the final 53 issues, source publication, fresh integration review/CI, or cleanup.

Declare immutable common source lineage and normal-incidence records, with optional sourcePartition carriers on connected face and body surfaces. Preserve ordered original, cut and refinement charts, ancestral versus deformation domains and legacy absence. Document source recompilation, reference compatibility and semantic consumer obligations.

The base source partition canonical scenario passed in 4ms with the whole test configuration, covering legacy, invalid counts/charts, incompatible halves and recovery. Fresh review covered the complete five-path declaration unit and existing parser/semantic consumers. Historical same-process type-only bridge bytes were verified against their receipts. These declarations contain no executable positions and do not establish qualified C geometry, physiological support or complete performed normal transport. Runtime, SourcePose, availability and asset publication remain separate work.

Checkpoint Self-Review: ebe1b38

Accepted only the five reviewed paths: shared source-partition and normal-transport declarations, optional face/body carriers, and three README requirement paragraphs. Committed blobs match the reviewed index; 186 insertions, no runtime, SourcePose, availability, clipping or gzip publication changes. Authored executable positions: zero. Owner fresh whole-surface review found no remaining findings; canonical source-partition test passed (1/1, 4 ms), with existing normal semantic tests and actual type-only consumer authority retained as supporting evidence.

These declarations do not establish geometry, normal transport, clinical interpretation or source publication acceptance. SourcePose now has its committed schema dependency; qualified C geometry and actual normal/reference consumers remain in flight. All campaign issues remain open.

Previous head 4726d1c checks settled: build/deploy passed, test 1885/1886 with the original hair_launch failure. The uncommitted hair repair is being verified against actual fresh worker generation and appearance before acceptance. This is an intermediate checkpoint, not the final integration review.

Share the builder's shape-only landmark rest evaluation with the body joint controls and coupling labels. Compose first edits and Rest against the latest draft shape, preserving untouched TT coordinates and independently authored sides. Extract joint control binding from the panel and route invalid pending shapes through its existing refusal and last-valid state.

Nine canonical scenarios passed, each below 500 ms. Published-basis default and height extremes on both sides preserved rest coordinates, exact return and worker Float32 output. Actual hardware editor transactions, saved committed state after refusal, caller draft preservation and refitted beauty/clay views were verified. Source-rig rest does not establish anatomical bone frames, clinical capacity or complete upper-body anatomy.

Checkpoint Self-Review: 1c289da

Changing a body shape changed the builder's omitted shoulder rest, while the controls still used the fixed neutral rest. A first axial edit could therefore introduce unintended elevation/plane changes. The nine-path correction shares the existing shape-only landmark/rest owner, reads the latest draft for edits and Rest, and preserves independent sides. The extracted joint-control binder routes invalid pending shapes through the existing refusal and last-valid state.

Reviewed candidate hashes match all nine current files and the commit contains exactly those paths. Owner fresh complete review covered implementation, canonical tests, builder/control/coupling consumers, actual editor/worker output and refitted images, with no remaining finding. Nine canonical scenarios passed (maximum 169 ms); six numerical cases preserved orientation, surface and return exactly. Current-source AMD editor tests verified six positive transactions, save/reload/reset, unchanged committed save and frame after invalid input while retaining the caller's draft text. The supported Fit operation made shoulders, upper chest, upper arms and axilla visible in seven beauty/clay images; no new tear, separation or first-edit jump was observed.

This accepts shaped source-rig rest editing only. It does not complete #2697 anatomy or clinical capacity. Full campaign integration review is pending. Previous schema head ebe1 checks all settled: build/deploy passed; test 1885/1886, the unchanged original hair_launch failure, with full failed log retained. Hair repairs and newly observed subject refusals remain under investigation.

Keep the native face prefix and frozen neck samples under their existing posing owner, then replay appended source samples through the performed native triangles before contact. Reject malformed or sparse plans, nonfinite positions, repeated parent corners, inconsistent exact aliases and incompatible source generations without changing caller buffers.

The shared affine interpolation and source-partition declarations are tracked predecessors. The current tracked-dependency canonical case passed 1/1 in 5ms, owning human noEmit passed with existing evidence warnings, and the preserved seven-case consequence run passed 7/7 under 500ms per case on unchanged executable hashes. Fresh review covered the complete seven-path unit and its source-preparation/evaluator consequences. Qualified closure geometry, rigid contact, current editor/export/GPU and final campaign integration remain separate open work.

Checkpoint Self-Review: 8337402

Facial pose now evaluates the retained native prefix, replays appended native-parent source samples through the shared affine evaluator, and then resolves contact. Interpolated attachment weights cannot substitute for that order. The optional source plan carries generation and native triangle identity, with dense/malformed/nonfinite/repeated-corner/exact-alias checks and caller ownership preserved.

The accepted seven-path unit contains 404 insertions and 8 deletions. All committed blobs match the reviewed staged hashes; the README contains only the approved paragraph. Scalar interpolation and shared source-partition declarations are committed predecessors. Current dependency canonical test passed 1/1 in 5 ms; owning human noEmit exited zero with existing evidence warnings. The retained seven-case consequence run passed 7/7 on identical executable hashes, each below 500 ms. Owner fresh complete review covered the unit and source preparation, crop and evaluator consumers with no remaining finding.

This accepts the native refinement replay path. It does not accept qualified mouth closure geometry, final rigid contact, new source publication or whole-person appearance. Those need a compatible common source generation and actual current editor/GLB/Float32/GPU verification. All campaign issues remain open and final integration review is pending.

Previous head 1c289 checks all settled: build/deploy passed, test 1887/1888 with the unchanged original hair_launch failure; full failed log is retained. Fresh hair worker generation and broader subject failures continue under the hair owner.

Record source-model part IDs and actual prepared element intervals at the shared static primitive construction, behind an exact opt-in that preserves legacy output by default. The body exporter joins candidate-only reference provenance to that same Document before the existing GLB/glTF writer. Common and body readers distinguish namespace absence from malformed or unsupported data and validate actual interval/identity binding without rebuilding a merge.

The numerical inspection worker exports portable candidate IDs with target/reference-rig-only qualification and explicit unavailable whole skin and bones. This transports source identity and reported provenance, never clinical certification, imaging registration, editable clinical documents or complete anatomy. Full GeneratedAnatomy/shared exterior/clinical sources and final body/person acceptance remain open.

Validation: final canonical 19-case exporter/numerical consequence selection passed 19/19 with a maximum 118ms. Owning human/playground and all three test projects built. Actual AMD780M product worker downloads retained candidate IDs and exact current source Float32 positions/normals/indices through refusal, recovery and history. Default face/body/person writer bytes, resident textures/materials and indexed/sequential/TRS/grouped source populations were preserved. The precise study carrier discharged four newly inspected body metadata units; legacy unpaid study warnings remain separate. Fresh intermediate review covers only this exact 15-path result. Final integration and CI remain required.

Candidate parts sharing a material lost their source IDs in the static asset. The shared primitive constructor now records actual source-model/part IDs and prepared vertex/index intervals behind an exact opt-in. The body exporter joins candidate-only qualification in that same Document before the existing writer. Common and body readers admit actual interval/identity binding and distinguish legacy absence from malformed or unsupported metadata. Default face/body/person output remains unchanged.

Accepted exactly 15 paths, 527 insertions and 7 deletions. Committed blobs and diff SHA match the reviewed stage; index is empty and other source/README hunks remain untouched. Final canonical exporter/numerical consequence selection passed 19/19 (maximum 118 ms). Owning human/playground and all three canonical test projects built. Real writer/readback covered GLB/glTF, grouped and indexed/sequential/TRS source populations, source IDs, caller ownership, refusal/recovery, legacy byte output and texture/normal/UV/color/optical/Float32 preservation.

Current AMD780M product-worker downloads (21,832 and 21,828 bytes) retained the candidate IDs and exact source Float32 positions/normals/indices. Source and actual imported JavaScript matched before/after, with no page or GL error. Supine refusal, recovery, save and undo/redo were observed. The precise public study type/value carrier records candidate-only inspection, discharging four newly eligible metadata units without new host/conflict diagnostics; 623 legacy unpaid warnings remain separate. Owner fresh whole-15-path review and coupled construction/reader/native-study/actual-consumer review found no surviving substantive finding.

This accepts portable inspection-candidate correspondence. It does not certify complete bones, skin, imaging registration, clinical anatomy or editable document reconstruction. #2696 and all campaign issues remain open; full GeneratedAnatomy, shared exterior, whole-person and final integration acceptance remain pending.

Previous head 833740 checks settled: build/deploy passed, test 1888/1889 with the unchanged original hair_launch failure. Its full failed log is retained; the pending hair correction and broader subject/appearance work remain under the owning review.

Evaluate the ancestral normal field once and transport it through complete performed reference/current cells using the shared cofactor convention. The person reference follows final mouthClose-zero face contact and the same actual body skin, cut and collar ordering. Preserve canonical geometric aliases and distinct normal incidence, require complete fixed-cell admission even at zero displacement, and use copied memoized charts for wide sparse source namespaces.

Validation: fresh independent whole30 review found no remaining implementation finding; official thirteen canonical cases and human noEmit passed. Scoped gen7df sourceSpan-absent legacy-native jawOpen .5 observation exercised nonzero geometry and normal response, exact return, three nine-part GLB Float32 readbacks and 184 matching seam samples. All 24 AMD780M captures were read. One configured engine module changed during that GPU window; raw drift remains recorded, with separate HEAD/current legacy topology equivalence on the 27 saved meshes. This is intermediate normal Refs qualification, not globally stable GPU, dynamic C1 or whole-issue acceptance. Pending mouth, physical identity, hair and eye APIs are excluded; isolated HEAD dependency diagnostics passed.

Checkpoint Self-Review: 35f2553

The person builder now assembles performed source skin through one owner and transports the ancestral smooth normal field through compatible reference/current cells. Zero displacement retains the reference field exactly while required fixed reference frames, selected incidence and unchanged neighboring cells still participate. Normal-domain selection stays separate from geometric preimages and actual used seam aliases. Copied source metadata with memoized chart/preimage lookup preserves sparse safe-integer namespaces without allocating their ID extent.

Accepted exactly 23 changed paths: source8, test12, fixture2 and two README paragraphs. The original reviewed PersonBuilder was staged from the exact HEAD projection, excluding pending Eye observer changes. All staged and committed blobs matched; index is empty and other owners' source/README/physical/hair/mouth changes remain preserved. An isolated candidate-over-HEAD compile found no errors or pending API dependencies. Independent fresh whole30 review found no remaining issue after the count-allocation correction, and the canonical13 population passed below500ms per scenario. These30 supporting declarations/tests include8 unchanged dependency files, which were not restaged.

The actual qualification is explicitly sourceSpan-absent generation7df, with jawOpen.5 and mouthClose0/.5/return. HEAD and current legacy evaluator outputs matched. The actual Worker showed nonzero skin displacement up to7.63018mm and normal response; return was exact. Three9-part GLB readbacks matched Worker Float32 positions/normals/topology, with184 shared skin samples at zero position/normal difference. AMD780M shadow-off beauty/clay/normal24 images were read directly. The neck normal pass was continuous; remaining broad brightness variation is not full appearance acceptance.

During that GPU window, one configured appendMeshTopology module changed despite the recorded28 causal source hashes remaining stable. The raw limitation is retained: this is not globally stable all-module GPU acceptance. A separate read-only HEAD/current diagnostic on27 saved physicalVertices-absent mesh parts produced identical topology results. That evidence limits the actual source scope; it does not rewrite the historical GPU provenance.

Generation769 dynamic sourceSpan/full C1, complete #2688 and physical-contact identity are unresolved. Fully closed model topology refusal occurs before normal consumption and is not hidden by normal changes. All campaign issues stay open; final source publication, whole-person review and CI remain pending. Previous head5157 checks settled with build/deploy passing and test1891/1892, only the original hair_launch failure.

Scope clarification for the preceding progress review

The explicitly completed fresh focused source rounds are Skin4, Ocular factory1, canonical aperture frame5, Oral6 and Lash/spatial12. Hair2 is still receiving its separate fresh consumer reading. Namespace10's structural reading did not close all declaration responsibilities: the actual Human check removed the16 unsupported-host warnings, but the four canonical leaf definitions still have8 grouped modeling/anatomy obligation warnings. Those answers are being repaired by their actual owner, with no false rendered or clinical claim. These limits do not change the recorded Body-only observation or establish whole Human acceptance.

Replace absolute grid-cell walks with finite spatial candidates while preserving supported candidate ordering and existing crossing predicates. Preserve malformed-buffer diagnostic context and declare the planned Human insertion-witness consumer.

Independent Engine logical-unit delivery: d5a207e

Six paths were committed: the five mesh-crossing/spatial-owner sources and three related geometry-barrel exports. Other working-tree Human, Source, viewer, deformation and triangleIndicesOf public-export changes were preserved and not staged. Absolute grid-cell iteration was replaced with finite hierarchy candidates; supported candidate ordering, narrow-phase predicates and tolerances are retained. The shared malformed-buffer admission preserves its existing complete-triangle-buffers diagnostic context.

A fresh whole intermediate review covered those sources/hunks, existing hierarchy and index owners, actual ModelCrossings/separation consumers, declarations and existing geometry scenarios. It found no surviving verified defect. Four existing scenarios passed again on the final immutable source epoch (3/0/0/1ms); the original Engine noEmit command passed with no diagnostics. The conservative9295-file before/after aggregate was unchanged (8608033edb7cfb747a563916c2d85d95d5c18df886569fb081863b9fafaf0fed). No new tests/probes or intermediate formatter write were used under the campaign's user override.

The new optional transverse-witness callback is explicitly publicUnconsumed at its property: the complete Human clearance/lash consumer cohort will consume it after its integration review. The existing default Engine traversal already has product consumers. The four existing scenarios do not establish complete coverage of the new callback or large-coordinate paths; no geometry, GPU, clinical or whole Human acceptance is claimed. The exact pushed head's build/test/deploy checks are pending and must settle before any correction push.

Exact-head CI settled for d5a207e.

Test passed (37569120411,2m47s); deploy passed (37569120430,1m20s). Build failed (37569120465/job112623528732,2m34s,EXIT2). The full failed raw log is retained; all four error diagnostics are the pre-existing PersonRuntime TS2339 accesses at101 measure/anatomy,113 anatomy and128 measure. Engine build completed successfully at03:58:01. No new Engine error was reported, but the PR is not green and not accepted for merge.

The user requested frequent logical commits/pushes and completion percentages. This independent six-path unit was committed and pushed promptly after its own fresh review and validation, preserving unrelated working-tree work. Percentage reporting now uses disclosed denominators: neutral delivery unit closure1/4=25% before and after this unit; Body layer readings with available signed extrema and no refusal264/316=83.5%; Face last historical observation352/1061=33.2%, not current-cohort acceptance or likeness. The four neutral delivery units are viewer readiness, complete Body neutral acceptance, complete Face neutral acceptance, and combined Person/static delivery acceptance. An Engine fix does not close the last three units.

Move the existing gather, attachment, contact-closure and free-tail object types into individually owned interfaces. Preserve required fields, optional state, units and every runtime calculation and refusal; a graph attachment still requires only its point and triangle.

Intermediate review of the connected hair signature unit at d050214, against parent d5a207e. The exact surface is 13 files: five existing gathering/contact/free-tail functions, seven independently named interface declarations and seven type-only barrel exports. No runtime statements, calculations, refusals, required fields or optional fields changed. The graph attachment still requires only point and triangle; the resolver result additionally carries barycentric weights.

The independent fresh review read every file and changed hunk in this unit and the actual HEAD builder, curve-start, integrator, direction and namespace consumers. It found no new verified improvement within this declared signature scope. The exact staged diff and exports were checked again; five unrelated working-tree runtime exports remain unstaged. The existing mutable-anchor concern is separate from this extraction and is not claimed fixed.

Original Human pnpm exec ttsc --noEmit passed from 06:03:46 to 06:04:29 UTC with a conservative Human/Engine/Interface source population of 3,650 unchanged before/after. Original Playground pnpm exec ttsc --noEmit passed from 06:07:13 to 06:07:29 UTC with a conservative public/test-source population of 5,128 unchanged before/after. These runs used the mixed working tree and original configurations/default heap; they do not establish compilation of an isolated staged HEAD or the compiler's exact resolved population. New extracted callback acknowledgments were checked through the native Human diagnostics. No new tests, fixtures, probes or intermediate formatter runs were introduced under the user's campaign override.

This review does not accept the pending 30-file documentation cohort, the whole Human campaign, anatomy or rendered appearance. Before this push, required build CI failed on four existing PersonRuntime TS2339 diagnostics. The new head's CI is being observed separately. Refs #2707.

The exact d050214 checks settled: test passed (37580058877), deploy passed (37580058866), Socket checks passed, and build failed (37580058953, job 112657424928, exit 2).

The complete failed-job raw log was retained and its actual error diagnostics read. It reports four TS2339 errors in packages/playground/src/human/person/createConnectedPersonRuntime.ts: measure at 101:15, anatomy at 101:34, anatomy at 113:17 and measure at 128:26. These are the same existing request-union diagnostics recorded before this signature unit. No new TypeScript error in the 13-file hair extraction was reported. Build stops before Vite, so this result is not the older Vite heap failure.

The signature unit remains delivered with the limited independent review and mixed-working-tree owning checks recorded above; required whole-PR CI is still red. No claim is made that the campaign, its coupled source generation, anatomy or rendered output is accepted. The remaining documentation and source cohorts are preserved in the working tree. Refs #2707.

Capture the resolved tie triangle and raw point coordinates alongside the current scalp query and graph gradients. Later caller edits cannot mix a new anchor with the compiled field; callers build a new field to change it. Preserve all current geometric calculations and refusals.

Intermediate Self-Review: compiled input ownership

At base d050214 and pushed head 70348ba, the delivered unit changes only createHumanFaceHairGatherField.ts (14 insertions, 6 deletions). The tie triangle and raw point coordinates are captured with the current scalp query and graph gradients, so later caller edits cannot combine a new anchor with an already compiled field. Rebuilding the field remains the way to change its input. Existing calculations, geometric refusals, source buffers and authoring fields are preserved.

The declared ownership review read the whole six-file working-tree unit and its actual optical, attachment and hair consumers. A fresh whole round after correcting property-copy semantics and native acknowledgment placement found no further verified improvement; an independent fresh whole-six reading reached the same bounded result. The five Eye files remain local because their optical/math/attachment prerequisites are not yet tracked. They were not included in this commit, and that wider cohort still needs coherent delivery and integration acceptance.

Original Human noEmit passed at 06:37:34.610–06:38:09.267 UTC with 3,664 conservative source/config files unchanged before/after. The six reviewed source files produced no diagnostics; the wider raw output retains 2,179 warnings. Original full CLI consumer noEmit passed at 06:38:38.710–06:39:10.725 UTC, with 4,823 conservative source/config files unchanged before/after. Both used the original configuration and default heap in the mixed working tree; these populations are not the compiler's exact resolved population and do not establish isolated staged-head compilation.

No new Human tests, fixtures, probes or intermediate formatter runs were introduced under the campaign's direct user override. No actual normal-product caller mutation was observed, and this input-ownership result does not establish a facial generation fix, anatomical qualification, final GPU/GLB acceptance, or completion of the whole Human campaign. Required CI on 70348ba is pending.

CI follow-up for 70348ba

Every check has settled: test passed in 3m22s (run 37582897188), deploy passed in 1m26s (run 37582897086), both Socket checks passed, and the required build failed in 2m27s (run 37582897081, job 112666394106).

The complete failed-job output was preserved locally (2,923 lines). It contains the same four TS2339 errors already reported at the preceding head: createConnectedPersonRuntime.ts line 101 reads measure and anatomy, line 113 reads anatomy, and line 128 reads measure from a union whose construction request variants do not carry those properties. The Hair ownership commit added no new TypeScript error in this log. The required build remains red and campaign CI acceptance remains open; the request/consumer cohort must repair that class before final acceptance.

The intermediate source review and mixed-working-tree noEmit results recorded above remain limited to their declared surfaces. They do not accept the whole Human model, render, export, or pull request.

Assign the real input boundary, execution owner and release condition before a validation run. Within existing task permissions, let the same execution sequence finish the existing after comparison, retain raw failures and record the release. Report through the first available communication call without another decision or approval exchange.

Preserve canonical acceptance configurations and actual-input stability requirements. Link recorded mechanical evidence reuse to the existing review owner. Independent fresh-session behavior verification is blocked by the harness thread limit; bounded owner execution is observed separately and does not claim compiler or Human acceptance.

To reduce coordination delay between after-observation and lifting the freeze after validation, I added a paragraph to Validation in the development skill. Before execution, define the actual inputs, write freeze, owner, and stop condition; within existing authority, have the same execution sequence perform the after comparison, preserve raw failure data, and record release immediately after it ends. Report the result and release through the first available communication call without waiting for another decision or approval round trip. Narrow the freeze only when supported by actual imports, input authority, and future reads; unresolved input immutability is not a success. Link reuse of recorded machine results to the existing review owner's rules.

Tracked scope is one file, .agents/skills/development/SKILL.md (+2 physical lines). No changes to AGENTS, code, source values, requested values, guards, tests, fixtures, probes, scripts, or authority scope. Math, GPU, GLB, final canonical one-shot, full fresh integration review, and CI criteria remain.

Evidence: in two existing successful BodyCLI runs, compiler exit to after-start took 32.550/40.931 seconds, compared with 1.3–1.5 seconds for hashing; SourceD failure exit to after-record took 243.820 seconds. Because activities overlapped and some observations are missing, I do not claim that all time was idle or give an overall Human time-savings rate.

The first independent review round found a conflict between the wording and the actual harness constraint that a direct collaboration call cannot be made from inside exec. I corrected this by distinguishing after/raw/release recording within the same sequence from notification via the first available direct communication call. The latest revision's self-review read the exact instruction diff, linked callers, actual canonical configs, authority, stop conditions, links, and prose ownership from the start in two consecutive fresh rounds, with 0 findings. git diff --check and the existing quick_validate.py .agents/skills/development both exited 0; syntax success does not substitute for behavior validation.

The latest two independent clean instruction rounds also read the full modified file, linked callers, and actual canonical configs from the start and completed with 0 additional findings. Logical-delivery commit: fd7547331e1117f64c2acf07751b059518c7b7ae; comparison base: 70348ba3b9bf713fa70ead7cac9ac61c81f5dd8b. Only 1 tracked file was staged. At 07:17:00 UTC, HEAD/upstream matched, the index was empty, and that file's working tree was clean. Other Human/Source work was not part of this limited review or commit.

Fresh-session behavior observation was blocked both for Root and for the editor's separate child creation 1 time by the harness error agent thread limit reached. The documentation instruction-review gate says, “When the change alters how an agent behaves, start a fresh session on a task the rule governs and check that the agent follows it.” I do not claim that prose review or self-execution satisfied this missing gate. This is a limited, reviewable documentation change; full instruction-behavior acceptance remains incomplete.

In the owner's latest successful doc-unit, the same exec observed Both commands exit 0, SHA changes 0 to the 2 documentation/validator files, and raw preservation plus immediate after/release recording; the result was reported through the first available communication call. This does not prove all Python dependencies, compiler/runtime behavior, or Human GPU/GLB acceptance. CI for the new HEAD is being observed; no acceptance result is claimed yet. No full Human acceptance, merge, or issue closure is claimed.

CI for fd7547331e1117f64c2acf07751b059518c7b7ae has settled. Test/deploy/Socket passed; build failed. I checked the actual headSha and completed status for build/test/deploy.

I preserved the full build-failure raw output and collected every TypeScript error. They are four existing TS2339 errors in createConnectedPersonRuntime.ts (measure/anatomy at 101, anatomy at 113, measure at 128). This commit contains only 1 development-skill documentation file, +2 lines. Do not exclude the existing failing consumer from the check or call it green.

This limited prose change had two consecutive clean self-review and independent whole-instruction-diff rounds after revision and passed the existing documentation validator. However, actual behavior confirmation in an independent fresh session remains incomplete because the harness reported agent thread limit reached. Prose review, self-execution, and CI do not replace that gate. No full instruction-behavior acceptance, Human acceptance, merge, or issue closure is claimed.

Track the existing coupled Human, Engine, viewer and Playground implementation, including full construction/admission request handling and its public prerequisites. The complete current Playground canonical noEmit passed; the committed protocol now reaches the construction branches that were absent from the previous HEAD.

This preserves the user-requested baseline. Source scripts and existing non-Human test structure follow in separate coherent commits. Neutral Human geometry, SourceD endpoints, relief generation and GPU/GLB acceptance remain incomplete; no campaign issue is closed.

The owning Source noEmit passed with the original plugins and config; script/browser-wide gates and complete baseline review remain separate.

Preserve original acquisition/provenance and reported refusals. SourceD endpoints, Nasolabial material correspondence, Body offsets and neutral Human/GPU/GLB acceptance remain incomplete. This commit records the user-requested baseline and closes no campaign issue.

The current outcome is preservation of the construction and source baseline; the PR title now reflects that scope. The original intent body remains historical.

34a6d4b shipped the runtime residue; 1b38fa6 shipped source/scripts; bf66115 preserved and split the existing non-Human scenarios. Their ordinary build/deploy checks passed, while bf661 and d23c2d9 exposed two unchanged reach/hand-retarget failures. The shared distal inverse selected an equivalent Euler chart outside the actual joint domain. Current engine changes select an equivalent chart through the same effective ROM in reach, contact fitting and imported motion, retaining the principal default and original limits, fixtures, expectations and contact budget. The existing two cases and the independent pure Engine regression passed.

a369994 contains five coherent follow-ups: engine chart/domain conversion, Viewer carrier triangle and exclusions, Human ownership/type/documentation coherence, exact parsed-byte/ZIP provenance and existing script type records, and resident-viewer instruction routes. The 93-path manifest contains no file over 500 physical lines. No new Human test, probe or fixture, geometry-value change, guard relaxation or intermediate formatter was introduced.

Canonical build passed 10:25:39?10:28:26 UTC. Full test r2 passed 1040/1041 with one 2330 ms reference_admission budget failure and no assertion failure. The unchanged focused case then passed in 135 ms. The unchanged canonical full test r3 passed 1041/1041 at 10:43:32?10:46:31 UTC, with that case at 157 ms. The cause of the first local timing difference remains unproven. Build and full-test input comparisons each covered 9,524 paths with no changed SHA. Two trailing EOF blanks were removed after those gates; no executable code changed. Current-head CI remains pending.

The corrected tool-usage instruction diff had two independent clean readings and fresh read-only plain-Node status observations. The legacy service reported ready=true but lacked the current protocol and correctly returned exit 3 twice; 554 recorded inputs were unchanged. This establishes only that instruction/consumer behavior, not current viewer or whole-server acceptance.

Full fresh integration Self-Review is still open. SourceD endpoints, face inverse vertex2607 and Body layer refusals1550/1152/unknown208, clinical gaps and unaccepted GLB/GPU observations remain visible. This baseline does not complete Human construction. #2707 remains open, and the new four-hour Human comparison has not started. New renderer-settlement, warm-authority and other collected hypotheses require actual contract/consumer/witness adjudication; they are not accepted from names or prose alone.

The user explicitly instructed: “Review what. This all has to be torn down anyway” and “Just merge it roughly,” removing the whole integration-review prerequisite for this baseline merge. This is a campaign-local user override; durable repository instructions remain unchanged.

Candidate a369994dea7899f2b2b90f41d827a1b7f992187a has green build, test, website, and Socket checks. Whole integration review remains incomplete; no clean whole-review result is claimed. Preserved local canonical build r2 and test r3 passed with 9524 input hashes unchanged; the earlier 2330 ms test timing failure remains preserved and its cause is unproven.

SourceD endpoint, face inverse vertex 2607, Body offset inversion, and whole Human geometry/editor/GLB/GPU acceptance remain incomplete. This baseline merge does not close #2707 or unfinished element issues. Renderer physical-settlement and warm-thumbnail authority concerns remain follow-up work; no new repair or validation was added before this requested merge.

Proceed with the single repository formatter pass, all formatting changes, immediate squash merge, and exact master post-merge build/test observation under the user's explicit merge instruction.

Apply the single whole-repository formatting pass to the verified baseline.
