Following the increase in RAM (to 2 GB from 500 Mb!) we now quite a bit more spare capacity to use for our different caches.
This PR therefor increases:
gh-comments/cache size from 35 Mb to 500 Mbgha-logs/cache size from 50 Mb to 150 Mb
