- Update CONFIG with minVersion and OPTIONS_TLS/OPTIONS_HTTP includes; rename secret param access_key -> api_token and drop config.json
- Rename script to exe-dev/exe-dev.star per repo convention
- Route requests through kwargs.get_http_options (TLS/UA/CA/mTLS) with http.bearer auth instead of a manual Authorization header
- Stream assets via report_assets and return None
- README: single api_token credential (no access_secret placeholder), remove stale test_integration.py section, normalize runZero branding
