Expected Behavior
When entering a date and time using sql_db_export the script exports the snapshot at that time.
Current Behavior
The current options ask for Hours:Minutes AM/PM which isn't granular enough, the time expected when doing an export needs seconds as well. This causes a failure for any export with a non-zero value for seconds.
Failure Information (for bugs)
Export tries to chose a snapshot at the 0th second because you can't specify anything more specific, causing it to fail unless it's taken exactly on the minute.
Steps to Reproduce
Try to run sql_db_export on a snapshot that's taken not on the 0th second.
