Description
This pull request introduces four new governance policies to the project, closing existing gaps in our governance documentation. Each policy is self-contained within the Governance/domains folder.
Changes:
feat(governance): add privacy notice policy
Creates Governance/domains/PRIVACY_NOTICE.md to document the disclosures required in the privacy notice, the update process, and versioning.
feat(governance): add analytics data-collection policy
Creates Governance/domains/ANALYTICS_DATA.md to document permitted analytics events, the PII-exclusion rule, and the opt-out mechanism.
feat(governance): add third-party script policy
Creates Governance/domains/THIRD_PARTY_SCRIPTS.md to document the allowlist of hosts for third-party scripts, the CSP requirement, and the review process for adding new scripts.
feat(governance): add performance budget governance policy
Creates Governance/domains/PERFORMANCE_BUDGET.md to document performance budget thresholds, measurement in CI, and the response when the budget is exceeded.
