SKILL.md step 2 of the Turn model omitted the requirement to include a **Recommended:** line when a follow-up reply is itself a decision question. grillme.md already had this instruction under "Rules for thread replies" (added in PR #9), creating a divergence between the skill spec and the agent definition. Update step 2 to match: when replying in-thread with a follow-up that is a decision question, include **Recommended: <answer and why>** the same way as new comments. Closes #11
