Updates every hardcoded magic-peach/reframe link/clone-URL (README, CONTRIBUTING, SECURITY, CLAUDE/AGENTS automation docs, GitHub workflows, issue template config, and in-app links) to point at reframe-oss/reframe, and adds the requested Chromatic sponsorship mention to the README.
