I'm a bit confused about the amount of html in the makrdown for the slides. WHy is this?
SHouldn't this be mainly .md and the style/them take care of formatting? This is hard to review and use.
The whole point of having slides in markdown was to be able to easily review.

This is the confusing part to me why do we use html, why not straight up markdown.
