I'm a technical founder and builder based in Dubai. I lead Emerge Digital, a full-service digital growth & development agency, while actively shipping real products — from AI agents and property-tech platforms to XRPL blockchain tools.

- Property tech — InvestOffPlan is a Dubai off-plan property search platform: a 3,900+ project catalog on Cloudflare D1, bilingual EN/AR, an AI "Off-Plan Advisor" grounded in a 790-doc corpus (Workers AI), sold-price data, and programmatic SEO at scale.
- Ecommerce — Aquora is a UAE pool & spa store on a headless commerce stack with a live pricing pipeline and Merchant Center feeds.
- Agency + AI OS — Emerge Digital builds bilingual marketing sites and a private AI/automation layer: multi-agent orchestration, a second-brain "VaultOS", and sovereign, self-hosted AI CX for clients.
- Bilingual local growth — brand sites like J Pools (Dubai) and Sydney Electrical Service (AU) pair Astro front-ends with SEO, GBP, and CRM/lead automation.
- Blockchain (XRPL) — Shield Finance is institutional-grade multi-asset staking vaults on the XRP Ledger; Fire-Flood-Pay is oracle-triggered disaster-relief smart escrow (XRPL Hackathon 2026).
- PWAs — Intro to Islam is an installable education PWA with offline support, Zoom, Moodle, and Cal.com.
