Implement CloudVault Sentinel security layer for zero-trust scanning

This pull request implements the CloudVault Sentinel security layer, enhancing the application's security by introducing a zero-trust model for file and URL handling. Key changes include:

• File Upload Security:

  • Added logic for scanning and quarantining suspicious uploads in storage/views.py.
  • Implemented risk scoring and outcomes (approved, manual review, blocked).

• Security Metadata:

  • Updated storage/models.py to include fields for security status, risk score, and quarantine details.

• URL Scanning:

  • Developed a full pipeline for malicious URL handling, including validation and risk analysis in storage/views.py.

• New UI Components:

  • Created a dedicated Sentinel dashboard in templates/sentinel.html and updated navigation in templates/base.html and templates/dashboard.html.

• Database Migrations:

  • Added migrations for new fields and models in storage/migrations.

Validation steps were performed, confirming the functionality of the new security features. This update significantly enhances the application's ability to manage and mitigate security risks associated with file and URL uploads.
