Release v0.9.0 (0.8.1 → 0.9.0).

The 0.8.1 tag included everything merged since 0.8.0, but its notes
listed only the native host fix; the phishing list, transaction
simulation and remaining browser methods move into its section, and
0.9.0 carries the audit fixes.
