PWD pins pydantic down to the patch number; need to wait for that upgrade

       The following packages are incompatible
      ├─ pydantic =2.13.3 * is requested and can be installed;
      └─ python-workflow-definition =0.1.4 * is not installable because it requires
         └─ pydantic >=2.7.0,<2.13.0 *, which conflicts with any installable versions previously reported.

A new version of PWD dropped last week, but unfortunately the pydantic pin didn't move.
