Just add a note here for other maintainers: this is a development branch for a special configuration in CachePool. We do not have any plan to merge into main of Spatz cluster in the future. But may directly transfer to spatz_vpu repo |

Add support for CSR-based software cache management. Inject CMOs (flush, fence, invalidation) to private L1 cache for the WT-L1 version of cachepool.
