Docker Image location is still tjhop

[adberger]

Please push the image to the registry of prometheus like: ghcr.io/prometheus/prometheus-mcp-server:latest

[tjhop]

@adberger the latest tag won't exist until we cut a stable release, but the image is already up under ghcr in the new home -- use the ghcr.io/prometheus/prometheus-mcp:main tag
