Reviewed: the removal is clean, no dangling references remain in the docs, and it's consistent with the Developer Notes section describing HTTP streaming as Expo-only. No issues found. |

Deleted the "Android: Flipper Network Plugin for HTTP Streams" section. With Expo supporting their own version of fetch which supports HTTP streaming this is no longer needed.
Flipper itself has also been archived.
