- Add / update the documentation
Export the conda variables dropped by rserver from /etc/profile.d.
Other window.open() calls (exports, RStudio knit previews) go to the browser.
Shrink the spawn page logo and collapse the navbar below the lg breakpoint.
Submit is only enabled with unsaved changes; an inline status replaces the modal.
Show the Plasma, tljh-repo2docker and JupyterHub versions; bump setup.py to 0.8.0.
A spawn with ?image= could start an environment the user's groups have no access to.
