Fix reading view mark placement; allow copying panel text (#49, #50) - #52

Reading view: braced highlight/substitution openers now match the first
`{` that belongs to them, and their closer is the `}` right after the
<mark>/<del> wrapper, so a following comment or mark is no longer grabbed.
Review panel: comment bodies, anchors and diffs are selectable, and a
click that ends a text selection no longer jumps to the note.

Fixes #49
Fixes #50
{~~…~~}/{==…==}locator could grab a later mark's open or close token, leaving raw comments, struck accepted text, and missing list items. The opener now takes the first{that matches its own sigil (literal or eaten into<del>/<mark>), and the closer is the}directly after that wrapper.user-select: text), and a click that ends a selection inside a card no longer jumps to the note.Tested manually in Obsidian with the cases from #49 (paragraphs, lists, callouts) and copy/paste from all card types.
