New "Open review panel in" dropdown (Editing & display): "Right sidebar" (default, unchanged behaviour) or "New split beside the note". In the right sidebar the panel shares a narrow stack with other side views; a split gives it a full-height column next to the note being reviewed. An already open panel is still revealed wherever it is. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Thanks for the plugin, I use it daily for reviewing AI suggestions.
The review panel always opens in the right sidebar. When the sidebar already holds other views (calendar, outline, properties…), the panel ends up in a small stacked pane, and long threads are hard to read. I always ended up dragging it into the main area by hand.
This adds a setting under Editing & display:
Right sidebar(default, current behaviour) /New split beside the noteWith
split, openReviewPanelusesworkspace.getLeaf("split", "vertical")instead ofgetRightLeaf(false), so the panel gets a full-height column next to the note. An already open panel is still just revealed wherever it is, so nothing changes for people who keep it open.Details:

openReviewPanel(split beside the note in pop-out windows). The two should combine easily: this setting would pick the main-window target, #43 the per-window lookup. Happy to rebase on top of it if that one lands first.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
