Bump Kittyhawk dependencies

Hopefully fix these security alerts and the associated email spam, including for downstream Labs products. Failing tests seems similar to master. Also deletes codecov since apparently it is deprecated and hasn't been able to upload to codecov for some time, so the latest codecov version still has some of these affected dependencies.
