Motivation After migrating the git repo to the project pan-ontologies, the links within the webpage weren't working properly anymore. Using jekyll to create the pages could help in that process. Modification A jekyll webpage has been created and all previously existing pages have been converted. A CI/CD pipeline has been added to publish the pages. Result The new version of the webpage is now based on jekyll and the links are working properly again. Related Issues 358

Motivation
After migrating the git repo to the project pan-ontologies, the links within the webpage weren't working properly anymore. Using jekyll to create the pages could help in that process.
Modification
A jekyll webpage has been created and all previously existing pages have been converted. A CI/CD pipeline has been added to publish the pages.
Additionally, a DOCS.md file with instructions and guidelines has been added to simplify the work on the webpage and its review process.
Result
The new version of the webpage is now based on jekyll and the links are working properly again.
