Docking two widgets together?

Hi, I am wondering if this is possible to do with OWF in a Desktop layout. We have two widgets that are highly correlated, and we want them to always be next to each other — one on top of the other, like so:

|  Widget 1  |
|            |
|            |
+------------+
|  Widget 2  |
+------------+

When the user drags Widget 1, Widget 2 should drag with it.

Is this possible to do with OWF widgets?
