Description
Once openedx/frontend-app-profile's master is a frontend-base library publishing @openedx/frontend-app-profile alphas (openedx/frontend-app-profile#1246), ship it as a core frontend app, enabled by default, mirroring #355 for Account: a CORE_FRONTEND_APPS entry, site config template registration, a regenerated site lockfile, is_frontend_app_enabled guards on the PROFILE_MICROFRONTEND_URL and ACCOUNT_PROFILE_URL settings patches (with the external route for the profile role appended only when the legacy MFE serves it), and the README app list.
The micro-frontend keeps building for opt-out users, pinned to the legacy-mfe branch via alternate_master, like the other converted apps.
