fix(webf): remove broad widget width fallback

Summary

• remove the broad detached-subtree widget width fallback from render style width resolution
• keep the current layout tree aligned with the passing input, flex-grow, text line-join, and focus-within coverage
• avoid touching unrelated local example and macOS binary files

Testing
