Synchronize session timeout handling

Description

Session timeout handling is not fully synchronized across the application.

All components that manage chat sessions should use the same timeout policy to avoid inconsistent behavior.

Expected behavior

• Use a single timeout configuration for chat sessions.
• Ensure every component expires sessions consistently.
• Prevent situations where one component considers a session expired while another still treats it as active.
