Summary
Update the integration test environment from CKB 0.202.0 to the official 0.210.0 release. Point both devnet node presets and the setup/CI ckb-cli paths at the new version. Correct the Windows package name and platform lookup, and the macOS x86_64 download URL.
Validation
The full Fiber integration suite was not run locally.
