renovateによるlockファイル更新です。変更はflake.lockのniks3入力(ncaq/niks3, dup-multipartブランチ)のリビジョン更新1点のみです。
96b5bb7 → cedd82c の更新は、同一NARの並行マルチパートアップロードで発生していたアーカイブ破損を防ぐ重要な修正であり、更新自体は推奨されます。ただし新コミットは重複アップロード時にHTTP 409を返すようになった一方、同ブランチのクライアントは409を再試行しないため、seminarの並行GitHub Actionsランナーが同一クロージャを同時pushする際にpushが失敗しうる挙動変更があります。デプロイ後の監視を推奨します。詳細はインラインコメントを参照してください。
