`lib/garage-setup.nix`が設定するlifecycleルールの`DaysAfterInitiation`を、 1日から2日に延長します。 有効期限を1日伸ばすことで、 アプリケーション側のGCや長時間アップロードと衝突しにくくします。 合わせてコメントを更新し、 batch sizeと頻度がソース固定である点を明記します。
