PluMA plugin to convert a network represented in Comma-Separated Value (CSV) format to a representation in the Graph Modeling Language (GML). GML is a format the Cytoscape can recognize, and visualize.

The parameters are straightforward; the input file is the CSV file to convert and the output file is the GML file.
